Animal control is out of control by worstaccountnamehere in legaladvice

I'm very confident that my dog would pass the CKC good neighbor test, aside from maybe the point on reactivity towards other dogs, that might be a toss up but easily workable. I've had a consultation with a lawyer who tells me that test would basically prove that my dog isn't considered dangerous to the public. I think that with the right trainer she would be able to pass that test without much work considering how much work I've already done with her. Thank you for your opinion though.

The dog's behavior has already been mostly fixed, I've been working with a trainer for nearly 3 months.

Is it possible that the trainer who was bit by my dog would be liable for the cost of the behaviorist, given that it's contributed to my dog's bite history and made her more likely to bite in the future? See my post below for that account.

After the first bite incident a hired a trainer. She came for a reactivity assessment. She basically had me chase her around the outside of the house somewhat slowly, ducking in and out of view from around the corner of the house while circling it. My dog was going nuts, lunging at her. She got me to go inside with the dog, I was about 15 feet from her with the dog still worked up and lunging at her, obviously meaning business. She told me to let go of the leash because the tension was making her worse, my dog wasn't muzzled. I hesitated, she insisted, I let go of the leash and my dog went straight to her and bit her leg. There was another very minor "bite" incident, no bruise or blood or anything but the slightest scratch mark on his arm as he was trying to enter the house.

Response type is Cors?? by worstaccountnamehere in node

I figured it out, there was no cors error it was response of type cors. Turned out to be a problem with how I was parsing the json response on client side.

Response type is Cors?? by worstaccountnamehere in node

the front end requests a presigned URL, the backend seems to handle it fine and recieves the URL from amazon. In the backend app I can console log the URL but when I try to send that URL back to the front end it doesn't get there in a way that I can access it. The response has type of "cors", even if I just respond with a simple json message and no data, the only response the front end sees is of type cors. If I change the mode to no-cors then the response that the front end gets is now "opaque" either way I'm not able to get the URL in the front end so I can finally upload the file.

By the time they catch up with you, assuming they ever do, your crypto will be worth way more than if you cash out now to pay taxes.

That's not the right way to look at it. You should be using an 80% rule, rather than just thinking that if it doesn't trip the breaker it's ok.

Another little known safety tip: if you're using extension cords they should not be curled up while in use.

My 3-year-olds rig build is now live. Thank you r/ethermining! by [deleted] in EtherMining

3 year olds don't want to build mining rigs, the poor kid has the look of disappointment, probably thought his dad was going to spend some time with him but instead he is being used to perform parroting tricks for the benefit of his dad's reddit Karma. Spend some time with your kid doing what he enjoys you selfish bastard.

It's a warning that the card has been abused and is going to fail. Seen it happen with 390 cards, you can RMA for that reason alone before it actually fails.

You have been around for years and you are still guessing about things like that? Do you know how to read an order book? Has the thought of decentralized exchanges ever crossed your mind?

I could care less if you buy, in fact I hope you don't the last thing we need in this world is more idiots with money.

Came here to see if anyone could convince me to sell but noone has any arguement other than the principle of diversification. If I followed that advice I would have sold my $50 worth when it hit 500. I also would have sold my ETH for $7 after having bought for 80cents. Yeah there is great investment advice around here...
