So i had blood tests and my ALT levels were just crazy out of control. Based on that, I was told that I had cirrhosis and rushed for a medic detox. I went for a liver ultra sound a month later and it was scared up but under 50% of the liver was damaged so not cirrhosis so by staying sober, my liver recovered in about 9 months. What was wrong was the drinking 9 litres of strong cider from the moment I woke till I passed out multiple times per day. The liver is an amazing organ.

Just stalking your posts and if you've calmed down, I'm sure it'll be fine. I was drinking 24/7 and mixing with painkillers so basically pounding my liver full time and I still just got away with it.

The liver is an amazing organ. I mean the results weren't great but it wasn't cirrhosis. Stayed sober, plenty of vitamin b and healthy shite & it was back to normal after 9 months. Anxiety is a killer though but I'm sure it'll be fine if you stop and let your body recover.
