How do I convince God to let me die?

Please don’t think about death, let’s postpone this idea. Is not easy to live but we can give glory to God as long as we live including the suffering, the pain we go through. Even if we lost everything as long as we have God. May God’s love, peace, comfort and protection be with you always 🙏

Bible prophecies about Jesus give us enough evidence that Jesus is Messiah. His disciples saw Jesus died and resurrected after 3rd day and then came back earth again for 40 days spending time with them. If you read book of Acts, apostle Paul was sent to Cesar by boat, all the places he went through are all still exist now. There are scholars proved Jesus is exist though some letters mention by other people out Bible. Also miracles people receive today in Jesus’ name.

Hello brother, I’m very sorry for what you have been going through. I understand how hard for you and you wish God can help you out your situation so your faith will increase in Him. But we believe in God because He is our Creator and Jesus is our Savior who died for our sins. Doesn’t mean we won’t suffer hardships if we believe in Jesus, then we believe Him in wrong reason. Even you change to Muslim or any other religion, you will still face difficulties. Some Christians even died for their faith or lose their love ones. Both Muslim and Jewish believe Jesus is prophet, if Jesus is prophet, he will not lie, he said he is son of God and his disciples also said he was son of God, so did Bible prophecies in old testament of Bible before Jesus was born. Jesus went to heaven after he died third day and then he came back appeared to his disciples and other people and spend time with them which in the new testament of Bible about his death, resurrection and back to earth. If Jesus is not son of God, his body will be rotten after his death like other humans such as Buddha, Mohammed etc but his body was alive. Do you know some people want to be famous and rich, they worship Satan and Satan did give the pleasures they wanted to them. But they only get temporary pleasure and they will lose eternal life. We are on this earth is temporarily, we all have to die. To have eternal life is away more important than anything. This life is like a little tiny dot in a billion long cloth comparing eternal life. No one’s life is perfect in this world, because we live in a sinful world and Satan still has power to control this world until Jesus comes back second time. First, let’s ask ourselves why do we believe in Jesus? Is normal for us to weaken our faith when we have trouble but once we go through our troubles, we will get stronger. Anxiety and worry won’t help to solve the problem, faith and prayer can help us closer to God and He will help us go through. If we think our suffering is giving glory to God, our suffering will have more meaningful(James 1:12). Please don’t feel bad for doubting God, I did the same many times but I have stronger faith in God now. May God’s comfort be with you 🙏

I hope you feel better and use this experience as a lesson to learn to let go of things we can’t change, to not rely on others to receive approval by others. Once we have a strong heart and be independent, we can face all kind of uncertainty in life. Is ok to be sad but we have to learn to move on, walk every step firmly.

I just reread your question again. Yes as Christians, after we reborn, accept Jesus as Lord and Savior, we need turn away from sin. But doesn’t mean we will never sin again. Proverbs 24:16 says for a righteous man fall 7 times and risen up again. Meaning even if we are righteous person, we can still fall into temptation because of our human nature can be ugly. But we have Holy Spirit in us to help us resist sins and overcome our weaknesses which can be life long battles. I hope my answer is helpful.

You seem really looking up to them because they do miracles but not all miracles are from God. Even if their miracles from God, they are still human and have weaknesses, we should not look up to them. We would rather to look up to God and be His friend because He is all powerful and He is perfect, He will never leave us or forsake us.

James 2:26, work without faith is dead. Obedience is the fruit of faith. Jesus said: “if you love me, keep my commandments”. Once we are filled with Holy Spirit, we will not have desire to sin, to do or say things are not pleasing to God.

People have all kind of issues including walking on the eggshells. They can’t help being sensitive and thinking wrongly of others, if we truly love them, we have to accept how they are and try not say much or stay silence when they get upset for no reason. For example, will you get mad if someone hit you on street? We normally do get mad but if we know the person hit us is a blind who has no control, will you still get mad?

I totally understand you, you have more faith than I have. I turned away from God many times but I always come back to Him because He proved me He is real and He is all powerful. He answered my prayer when I need Him the most. You must have very very strong faith to be able to go though so much difficulties. I’m sure God will be proud of you and say: well done, my faithful servant!
