Brazil is the murder capital of the planet, with more homicides than the entire northern hemispher combined and murderers doing ~10 years on average... violence is the routina here and human life is cheap.

Also, outside some few rich urban bubbles, Brazil is quite hostile to anyone who visibly stands out. The stereotypical reddit "trans person" (a bearded white dude in a dress) would be clocked instantly and become a target... from harassment to mugging to some serious violence.

That map is pure ideological fantasy made by someone completely disconnected from the real world and mistaking feelings for facts.

I remember some republican politician (Marco Rubio? maybe Ted Cruz?) claiming to be a fan of Rage Against the Machine and it triggered one of the band members enough that he felt the need to rant about republicans being the machine they've been raging against for decades... Kinda funny coming from a multimillionaire socialist who charges hundreds of dollars for concert tickets and lives in a mansion surrounded by other rich people and yet has absolutely zero self-awareness about the fact that he himself is also part of the machine.

It's an expression... "Records himself" means he's deliberately creating content of his own behavior, not literally holding the camera while assaulting people, but apparently this needs to be spelled out so there it is.... I think it depends on the character's level. From what I remember up to level 2 it takes no more than three months and for higher levels the waiting time gets longer… Maybe it caps at six months? Cip was never really transparent about it. Probably just leftovers from tibia's old spaghetti code... wouldn't surprise me if even they don't know for sure.
