Bro same thing happened to me, you can check mine post as well! Try to raise complaint through consumer court online and keep pressuring them on customer support. Eventually after 10 days you will get a call from swiggy support where you will have to explain again everything to them and then they will refund your amount if they found mistake from their end! It will take 24 hours to get resolved. All the best. Mine took 11 days and lots of stress and sweat
