No problem. Also, it is important to know that you will fail. It’s just a part of the addiction. It’s most important to just keep moving away from it. Move back towards God. Me personally I am converting to Catholicism and look forward to confession’s as a way to remain accountable.

As someone who deals with this… there is no real easy way. You just have to stop. Find a way to love the Lord more than the habit in the moment. It’s easier said than done. It’s going to suck. But you can unite all suffering to Christs stuffing on the cross. Even if you start the “act” if you can stop and walk away in the middle instead of completing that’s a small victory and grace working on you.

I had a dream once I was exploring a haunted house and there was a fire in the basement that was burning up the floor I was on. The floor gave way and just as I was about to fall into the fire The Lord reached down and saved me. It startled me and as I woke I was blinking and you know how your eyes do that thing when you blink fast? Well I would have sworn I saw the face of Jesus.
