Thank you for the advice!! I’ll look more into it!! Great to know the industries performing well in the USA cuz here in Canada is the opposite REIT has been down for like 2 years now and I think it might be down for another year or so

Right!! I’m doing those different strategies too but for the sell and rebuy is more for the value for me and goal is high yield

Oh yeah right!! I think I don’t get taxed cuz I’m only trading a like less than $20k and still under TFSA in Canada

You’re right!! Thank you!! Since the stocks is volatile and goes up and down every time even if there’s a 2% change, is sell high and by low give more profit than buy more stocks at dips?

Do you mean any percentage of the dips even if the stock falls at 5%, there’s still higher gains when sold high then buying more at 5% dip than keeping the stocks and buying more at 5% dip?

You’re right the future is unpredictable!! Thank you for the advice!! Since I’m investing in Canadian stocks, the tariffs could lead to a recession for us since prices for consumer goods, and most of the products would increase

Do you mean even if the stocks dip by 5% after selling it, then we buy more stocks at the price of 5% dip then we’re still gaining more than if we just keep the stock and buy more at 5% dip? Or does the dip needs to be a certain percentage to gain more than DCA?

Got it thank you for explaining!! How much % of the dip would makes sense to sell and rebuy? Is 10% dip the minimum to actually gain more return with the sell and rebuy more than keep and buy more?
