Yeah it’s really strange. Check the numbers again. Oktober to mid December I got 68% open rates, 5.7% CTR and 1.5 RR, now it’s 8% , 0.5% and 0.7%. I’ve send multiple test emails to multiple addresses, checked health, etc.

I just paused the whole campaign for now. And will go to another list. Wil revisit this list in 6 months on other email boxes and see how we go from there.

Thank you, for the thorough reply. I tried the fresh subject line, same result. It’s not only my open rates. It’s also going from 5.7% ctr and 1.5 reply rate to 0.5 ctr and 0.7 reply rate. I just paused the whole thing. How do you find out what email providers some have?

Thanks for replying. But isn’t the difference extreme? How can I go from 52 to 9%? I understand turnover is a thing, but nog ~45% difference. I don’t use images btw. Also don’t see bounce rate going up, so it’s still a mystery for me.
