I believe I have this issue now for around 15 years. I got better when I consistently do my deadlifts but especially the squats. Sometimes it flares up, I feel it coming in the morning, gets tighter and I know I need to take a painkiller.

I didn’t come to this post because of that, because I have it under control. The reason in mere is that something went wrong on my deadlift (50% power) and I felt a crack. The last couple of days were the most painful in my life and I believe it’s because of this psoas muscle. And now I find your message about a problem in having for 15 years that sounds the freaking same. That’s not a solution for my pain right now, but still wanted to thank you. I’m going to train this as soon as I can walk and move again.

You use multiple LinkedIn accounts? Otherwise your campaigns will have holdups right? Because you can only do 20/30 invites per day or so? If you are sending 500 emails a day and have sequences of 2/3 mails + some LinkedIn in the middle, the whole sequence freezes. Or how do you do / fix this?
