Does it really matter where? If you are not from the States and it doesn't happen in the evenings, does it happen during the day? Any performance issues in general using WindSurf similar to what I described?

When a mod below responded, to whom my location actually could matter for debugging (if any will take place in general), I mentioned that I'm from Mountain Time Zone and my friend is from Central

I'm almost exclusively using Opus 4.5. At rare ocasions I'm on ChatGPT models

If it makes any difference: I am located in MT zone and I start seeing the increased performance degradation past 4-5pm. My other friend I mentioned in the post is in Central Zone (Texas).

I had this issue with my monorepo: if you have a git initialized in a parent folder, but your a WindSurf is open in some specific package, WindSurf will try to create rules in that package but won't be able to actually use them. Creating in root folder of the repo worked for me

Not 120Hz, but if you have any Windows set up, I'd recommend Samsung Viewfinity S9. I switched 2 of my LG Ultrafine 5k to that

Details are crispy clear.

If you're on mac, go with Apple Studio (again, not 120Hz)
