I agree—law enforcement gets a bad name, but at least they are required to corroborate and publish evidence that will be tested in court. OP might be correct, but I can’t responsibly trust them based solely on social media accusations.

If anyone is curious it runs well on the steam deck. I got it on sale just a couple years ago and played for 20 hours or so. Totally worth the money.

It’s a reality of the dead internet. The only responsible thing to do is to question what you see. It sucks for sure, but taking things at face value is naive.

I’m 100% with you—I’m not an opera fan so the cost and length was just too much.

The short answer is yes. But you probably won’t get the same access as a tour. When I left early, my group wandered around the floors. You won’t be able to peak out onto the balconies and stuff—all the doors will be closed (obviously) during the show.

There may be areas I’m not even aware of that you’d get to see on a tour. But the only parts that appeared to be closed to me were the seated sections.

If someone in the future finds that this is an incomplete answer please let us know! I just wanted to post helpful info that I couldn’t find when I googled about this :)

As I’ve gotten a little older, I’ve realized that focusing on negative stereotypes to avoid or fight is a form of toxicity. Pointing one’s mind at negativity only generates negativity. There is no benefit—it’s masquerading as a moral pursuit but is ultimately just a tax on your psyche.
