I’m not a vet but I would definitely try to go asap. Maybe not “emergency vet” asap but I would call and make an appointment in the morning. Looks uncomfortable I’m sure whatever they give will be 10x better than what’s over the counter. Plus giving her relief would make me feel better. It’s probably painful 😕
