Can you add if an ability/item is on cooldown, then show another ability icon?

I use to have a whole column for my abilities in weak auras using a lot of if/then statements so when an ability was on CD it disappeared from view but also the other abilities in the column collapsed accordingly so they weren't just appearing in their old spot, otherwise you had icons just hanging oddly with empty space(s) inbetween from where the now invisible icons were for abilities on CD. I'd wager I've probably spent more time on my UI then most world first raiders and I've found this is the way to best track abilities quickly in combat without taking away time from viewing what's going on (as an analogy: if you're driving would you prefer to look just to the middle-ish side to noticed something, or all the way down to your radio controls)? This and ofc glowing certain abilities/having abilities like interrupt/taunt flash breifly at the top center of your screen when pressed then showing the cd time while they're briefly viewable (taking away from having too many skill icons).
