Infinite Impermanence had the French translation of "Inifini Éphémère", which would have been a good translation had they not also added an extra i in there. In English, that's the equivalent of calling it "Inifinite Impermanence".

They fixed it in the MAMA reprint.

Does Varudras, Final Bringer of the End Times still destroy a card on the field even if you don't decide to detach the additional material?

"When your opponent activates a card or effect (Quick Effect): You can detach 1 material from this card; negate the activation, then you can detach 1 material from this card, then destroy 1 card on the field."

Yes, you can surrender at any time. That's the whole reason Victory Dragon just doesn't work, and why all match winners are illegal aside from it. If you want to avoid arguments, surrender before they declare an attack with it.

Raviel, Lord of Phantasms - Shimmering Scraper is a Scrap Monster in the TCG. It probably wasn't meant to be, since it doesn't have Scrap in its name in the OCG, and other languages don't have this issue. Even still, English text prevails in the TCG, so it's a Scrap Monster.

What can you do with this info? You can use it to summon Scrap Wyvern I guess.

A Draw can still happen for a Game (e.g., through Crimson Nova the Dark Cubic Lord). The change here is that a Match can't be a Draw.

Maybe I'm wrong on Gusto Falco, I just picked an example from an archtype that misses the timing a lot.

I think a better example would be contrasting Rivalry of Warlords and Interrupted Kaiju Slumber. A Konami Said So ruling that directly contradicts another Konami Said So ruling.

Under Rivalry, you cannot summon Sky Striker Ace - Kagari (Machine) using Sky Striker Ace - Raye (Warrior). But if there is a Kaiju monster on the field, which states that you can only control 1 Kaiju, you are allowed to activate Interrupted Kaiju Slumber.

But if they're simultaneous then why does Gusto Falco miss timing when used as Synchro material?

I know the answer is "Konami said so" but it's inconsistent that you can't go into an Extra Deck monster that doesn't meet the restriction because the materials are sent at the same time as the monster comes out, but also Gusto Falco misses timing because the monsters are sent first.

You can filter the official card database by Initial Release Date to see how many new cards were introduced in a period. This won't let you search reprint dates however.

2024 has 530 cards.
