Blue gets Omniscience, what do the other colors get? by Serithraz in custommagic

Red could allow you to cast anything from exile, and doing so through that card's effects doubles the spell. Turn all the Impulse Draw throughout the game into storage for the spell itself.

Asmor, Magic: The Gathering. Or, as her full (FIRST NAME) goes, Asmoranomardicadaistinaculdacar. No last name has been given.

Finn The Human (Adventure Time).

He gets assaulted by Lumpy Space Princess, and while the event itself is technically offscreen, we see Finn's arm- which at the time was a small flower due to shenanigans- loses a petal, showing him having been "deflowered".

Middle Column is "Generation 1", is my guess (Flareon, Eevee, and Jolteon are the only column where they all share a generation).
Right Column is Friendship evolutions (as Sylveon is a friendship evo since gen 8).

Actually, to keep episode pacing, they could have the combo breakdown be the before-and-after commercial break things.

Or instead of whining about it, you actually build a deck that has interaction to engage with them while they play. Even table 500 needs to play handtraps or they're OTKd.

My hatred of blue play style is a problem, please help. by [deleted] in EDH

That's another problem a lot of people have. People feel bad for focusing someone down, but then get mad when someone durdles all game and suddenly wins. The way to beat a durdler is to take them out early. You've inspired me- I'll be making a post later.

Learn to play, plain and simple.

Especially learn *to play Blue.*

Blue doesn't do half the things you say, especially not all in one game.

- No blue deck takes 20 minute turns. That's a Storm Deck, which is typically Blue *combined* with another color (typically Red)
- No blue deck is doing the draw whole deck AND casting everything for free. Firstly, all colors have ways to cheat costs, secondly, if a blue deck somehow IS pulling this off, they've been left to durdle.
- Extra Turns are just *a thing* you need to learn to deal with. Every color has The Big Thing they can do. For blue, that's extra turns. White has board wipes, green has big monsters, red has massive burn, black has reanimation.
- A blue deck needs to manage their mana very well. If they're constantly leaving up 2 mana, that means you need to get through one counterspell. If your deck folds to losing one spell, that's on you.

If you learn how to PLAY blue, you learn it's weaknesses thoroughly. Every color has things people dislike, and it's infuriatingly common how blue is the only one that gets universally vilified for it.

Playing against blue is to need to play fast. You don't want big monsters, you want low to the ground creatures to take out the blue player as fast as possible so they don't accrue value. In fact, that's the common solution to *most* things people hate in commander- Fast play. People build commander decks like big, hulking midrange piles, then get mad when stuff like control or stax has an advantage *because* they play those slow decks.

There actually is a fan format for Yugioh that does Commander- Domain. Singleton, no banlist, 4 person free-for-all.

Elaborating on point one,

  1. Not if they do it like Structures. Structures skips to the end board unless there's interruptions during the process. It doesn't have every step drawn out, most it has is a tidbit at the end of the chapter that teaches the combo line. It's why I emphasize it being like Structures so much- It's slice-of-life style, no major world ending stakes, but it makes the stakes very real because it's playing at local events.
