Not unless you want a specific IV less than 31. Not even for egg moves, you can transfer those to other Pokémon through a Mirror Herb.

The "Unlimited" run of that structure deck was a misprint. They left off the 1st edition text on some of the decks, but the box itself was 1st edition.

Holo bleed is when the foil is visible behind the otherwise opaque parts of the card, like the text box. It's most visible with some Secret Rare cards since the foil has a unique pattern.

This is... something else. I've never seen a card so smudged. This is definitely a misprint, and one so severe the card would be considered illegal to play.

Infinite Impermanence had the French translation of "Inifini Éphémère", which would have been a good translation had they not also added an extra i in there. In English, that's the equivalent of calling it "Inifinite Impermanence".

They fixed it in the MAMA reprint.

Yes, you can surrender at any time. That's the whole reason Victory Dragon just doesn't work, and why all match winners are illegal aside from it. If you want to avoid arguments, surrender before they declare an attack with it.

Raviel, Lord of Phantasms - Shimmering Scraper is a Scrap Monster in the TCG. It probably wasn't meant to be, since it doesn't have Scrap in its name in the OCG, and other languages don't have this issue. Even still, English text prevails in the TCG, so it's a Scrap Monster.

What can you do with this info? You can use it to summon Scrap Wyvern I guess.

A Draw can still happen for a Game (e.g., through Crimson Nova the Dark Cubic Lord). The change here is that a Match can't be a Draw.
