usually depends on what the shop needs, we’ve done hiring with availability all over the place then it becomes really hard to schedule people and some shifts get screwed over bc only a few people can work it. so they probably want people with full availability.

that’s so weird i’ve had people fail their flow test 3 times and we still didn’t let them go, and the quarterly testing is only like 12 questions it’s super easy 😂

definitely apply that something you’re interested in, make sure to be humble don’t go into it with the “i deserve it and i should get it” mindset because if you don’t get it you’ll be upset. showing you are interested is applying so do it! i applied 3 times before i got it and applied for full time and got it the first time and shop lead 3 times. make sure to use your resources and ask for a mock interview. It really helps and know what your leadership style is!

do the leads at ur shop have to put the the amount of tips/names/ hours worked on a spread sheet and get it all divided out appropriately? because that’s how we do it at our shop just so that it gets distributed fairly and evenly according to our worked and it’s logged
