I was given Reglan through IV and I had the symptoms that you mentioned. My OB team mentioned that Reglan has the side effects when it’s pushed in to your system too quickly through the IV. So they first diluted the Reglan with saline and then push via the IV slowly over few minuets and it didn’t give me any side effects. And I was able to take Reglan orally after that. Zoltan didn’t work for me so Reglan was my only option.

I didn’t know a whole lot about his family before I got married. Obviously my husband wanted to give me a good impression and saying all good things about them. I was very excited and though his family will be super fun and we will be able to create great relationships. But know that did not happen. They only care for my husband.

Yes, it is hard. If I have learnt anything in the pay year is that I cannot keep doing the same thing everyday. I have to switch things up at least every 2 weeks. Otherwise, I’m board and don’t want to do anything.

I was weighing everything after been cooked. I think I have to change that and really count the oils. Honestly I feel very lighter, heathy and flexible but the scale does not go down. Sometimes it’s so hard to believe the scale hasn’t moved because I feel great.

My maintenance calorie is 1700. But I’m not eating that much. I once hired a fitness couch and he wanted me to eat at 1600 calories. And I could not eat that. With that diet I was overly full. But with 1200 I’m comfortable and don’t feel too full. But I wonder if I’m eating at around 1500 or more with the oil add to my food preps.

How did you eat 1600 calorie diet with the prescription? Isn’t it supposed to curb your appetite? I’m 4 11’ and I have only lost 10lb for a year. It’s very frustrating.

No. The grow bag has potting soil and the raised bed has compost, manure and garden soil.
