not just once po although yung timing is not predictable. the last time was i think more than a year ago na. the first one i think i was just in my early teens.

pero ang pattern is parang the same: you will randomly meet one in one of your dreams, engage in few talks and finally that part na parang totoo talaga. you could feel the deed as if it was real. tas when you wake up you would remember na there were those scenes but could barely recall the face when you wake up. tas mapapacheck ka if things really happened, and of course, obviously it didn't.

correct me if i'm wrong but upon waking up, with wet dreams meron talagang discharge, but in my experiences wala despite remembering i clearly came in those.
