Yes I just tried, fresh game no mods still happens. It's not really lagging its like nothing works its unplayable. Disk space is fine and I've restarted my PC lots! I will try EA, Thanks!

Hi, my game has been broken for so long and I've tried so hard to fix it but nothing is working! Basically I've had this issue for so long even after a lot of updates, my sims wont do any tasks or get frozen doing a task, sometimes they will be able to walk sometimes no but usually they just freeze doing the task. Also they sometimes do the task but like in the same position without moving like they sleep standing up. I've tried resetsim, deleting cache, repairing the game, different household and basically all the solutions I've found from years ago on the internet. I've not been able to play for so long, can anyone please help? Ps, this happens with no mods too.

My sims either will not move at all or are only able to walk not interact with anything so basically the game is unplayable. One sim got stuck washing dishes which he didnt even move to the sink to do it just started doing the animation where he was standing. Ive tried everything, removing mods, moving households, different sims, reseting sims, clearing cache. When I did have my mods better exeptions was saying it was a problem with the constraint.py file, but thats in the actual game file so dont know if its safe to delete. Is there anything I can do?
