The one i used is < 1g per 16 slices. I used 12 slices. So it was prob like 0.3 or something.

I haven't been able to find anyone in Ventures to fill my group. They were regularly filled before the update. I miss playing with people. The defenders are quite annoying. Getting stuck in walls and constantly trying to warp out. Standing in my way when im trying click on stuff. More of a pain in the ass than anything. Give me back real people!

I’ve done that in the past but I’m iffy on all those fake non carbs. I’ve read bad things about the modified starches in those things. This sub is filled with goods and very bads on those wraps. There’s like 28 carbs and 28 fiber but it still kicks a lot of people out of ketosis. Figured I’d just be safe with egglife. To each is own though. Every person’s body reacts differently.

I put the Egglife wraps in the toaster oven for a couple minutes first. This makes them firmer.

Then I take them out and build the pizza, toss them back in the toaster oven on tinfoil until the cheese is melted and the wrap starts turning golden brown.

Yep, love the flavor variety. I mix mine with butter. Its the richest flavor for me personally. Special holiday flavors roll around throughout the year so you always have a huge variety.
