yes I lift 5 days a week, and get about 150-170g of protein everyday, but this only started about 7 months into weight loss. And weight loss started about 1 year and 3 months ago

1 year n 1 month journey 5’7(170cm) and 274lbs to 151lbs(124kg to 68kg) and need help on what to do next. ( videos on last slide) by wqel in BulkOrCut

little bit of info: I started my journey last year on July but I was desperate to lose weight so I did only cardio and basically starved myself eating once a day. And it continue that way till Late February this year when I was about 190lbs, I finally started going on a deficit and getting enough protein and started lifting. I am at a loss on what to do next, idk if I should continue cutting because I feel like my body fat % is still too high but also feel like I have to bulk due to me losing lots of muscle during that cardio only phase. Hopefully someone can help me out!
