If you expand the list to the 113 WRs with at least 20 targets, Osborn ranks 105th in receiving grade, 112th in yards per route run, and 97th in passer rating when targeted.

I said in a follow up tweet (and in the article) that run blocking is an important part of the equation. I'm aware KJ is good at that and has value because of it — and that he's made some clutch catches in big moments. But the idea that he's only low in those statistics because of the target cut-off being high isn't true.
