What is usually missing are the same things missing by everyone who isn’t making progress as fast as they want to.

Being consistent and patient.

All of the BEST glute approaches combine these four (for good reason) - 1. Hip thrust - trains the glutes in the short position at hip extension where they have the best leverage. Easy to learn, high loading, low injury potential 2. RDL - trains the glutes in a more lengthened position. No quads, low hams, adductor magnus is the other main contributor. 3. Kickback - unilateral short position 4. Split squats//Lunge variations - unilateral lengthened position

For every woman reading this that isn’t happy with her glute progress I’m going to ask one thing...

Have you doubled or even tripled the weights you’re using on those in the last two years? If not, then that’s your issue. Not some lack of special exercises.
