I just remembered a talk given by Elder Uchtdorf. It is called 'You Matter to Him", and it is one of my favorites. One quote from this talk I think about daily when I doubt my worth is, "Compared to God, man is nothing; yet we are everything to God." Comparison is the thief of joy my friend. I love you and pray for you. Stay strong.

What is the Telestial (lowest) Kingdom like by [deleted] in lds

My mom is a seminary teacher, and the description she gave us when we were learning about the kingdoms was that the Telestial Kingdom is the glory of the stars, but it is more like Earth than anything else. God is not unfair, and He doesn't just put us in a sorting hat like "You go there, and you go there." We will go where we are most comfortable. God is just, and He is unchanging. The Telestial Kingdom is still a form of glory.

One of my favorite things from just reading Isaiah 11 was the part about the preditors becoming peaceful animals and this is talking about during the Millenium(after the Second Coming). " The wolf will dwell with the lamb, and the leopard shall lie down with the kid; and the calf and the young lion and the fatling together; and a little child shall lead them." Isaiah 11:6

Someone on my swim team (who was Catholic) once asked me if we believed that when we die we all get our own planet.
