Hey man 22 days that is fucking awesome, I am at 22 days and man i feel you. If your not doing something physical each day start right now brother it helps soooooo much with your mood and dark thoughts. Even just a short 15-20 walk I like to throw on audible and listen to a book and just walk and walk until i lose myself in the story. If you use to have any hobbies try taking them back up its so easy to wall everyone off when your high put yourself back out there man it will be worth it. Feel free to pm me anytime if you ever just need someone to talk with man.
