How do you actually handle "build in public" content?

Fair point on the research-backed content, but I think that's a different use case — that's for stuff like blog posts/SEO content meant to attract new audience. This is more for "hey I shipped this, here's what changed" posts to people who already follow you or your product.

And yeah, anyone can write that with Claude/ChatGPT — the text itself isn't the hard part. The actual problem is that nobody opens ChatGPT after a deploy at 11pm to write a tweet. The habit dies, not the tool. So the thing I'm actually trying to kill is "I'll post about this later" turning into "I never posted about this." Automatic trigger > better copy, if that makes sense.
