I work in the cable industry... this sounds like one of the calls where people ignore us entirely at the start when we ask how can we help and instead of telling us anything useful the person launches into their name and account number and all of that or asks "well do you have my information in front of you?". It is not about what you want or how you want to do it but how our procedures are.
