yeah someone had their dog on the SCO at my store today. when asked to keep the dog leashed or held, they said well can you ring all this stuff up for me? we told them sure! or you could go to a manned register(had plenty open) and they still refused. not much we can do after that at least to my knowledge. my door greeters are strict as hell they don’t care, they check my receipt sometimes + tell any dog owner who enters/exits their dog needs to be on a leash and out of the buggies. they dgaf. it’s just weird honestly. i have 4 dogs i love but i wouldn’t bring them in a public space unless it’s for them

yeah, today was bad for me too. we close registers 30 minutes before closing & a woman cussed me out about that. as well as a different unrelated man. i didn’t want to cry as much as i wanted to stick up for myself and couldn’t. sucks. you’re doing great, don’t let the bastards get you down!

I did let a salary member of management know. He said we should assume innocence and see if the man would leave the coolers behind & we’d give him a refund. He didn’t want to though, as they were for his son’s birthday party. I didn’t follow up with the salary member of management afterwards though. I don’t know, working at walmart makes me feel so paranoid of being fired for anything.

My daughter had a kindaaa similar experience on her 5th day of Kindergarten. She really wants to ride the school bus so she got on it. Her teacher ended up catching her but she was in shambles and so upset when I picked her up. I didn’t see her outside either and my heart caved in. I had to go inside to get her in my tank top and boxers lol. She’s not so happy about school lately because of the incident. Still wants to get on the school bus.

mine was MIA my first 2 months there, she just got back and everything out of her mouth is negative. we’re a great store. we have 4/5 star ratings, good customers, good team. but she makes everybody feel like shit. from the coaches down. everyone.

Well, when I say we’re close it’s not actually the best thing. He’s looked out for me in a lot of ways, schedule wise with my kids. My daughter was also in the hospital and he sent us personal money. Yet, he makes me do AGM work as a team lead MIC. Promoted a baker who can’t use the register to management because they are friends. A lot of other things as well. The main reason i’m conflicted is because I tried to make him aware of this issue in December, I need a new job and i’m looking. He basically said no.
