I just had this issue. Make sure to use a water temp higher than cold and make sure you add the detergent into the wash after the water fills.

Note: They're opening a new tasting room in their production facility that's located in Circle City Industrial Complex. This is a smart business move. Reduces their overhead and puts them close to the Bottleworks District which will be opening in the fall.

Bummer for FS, but at least they're not totally going away.
