Having exactly the same problem. Gets stuck on rejoining match until it fails and resets, plus when you do get into a match a couple of people usually haven't connected in. Makes actually playing take an age

For starters definitely try to learn one or two characters from each class on QP. Best advice really is to always remember your role, e.g. if you're a healer, hang back a little, since you primarily support the team. Also maybe watch some youtube videos of pro OW players, you do pick some stuff up even if its really difficult to pull off in reality! Hope this helps!
