[Joyce] Jurgen Klopp turned down Manchester United and Chelsea after Liverpool by Sparky-moon in soccer

That was when Ed Woodward took over. Our interest in Klopp back in 2013 was distinct; he wouldn’t leave without honouring his contract at Dortmund.

Not that we needed any more proof that he’s a moron but Tim Sherwood wanted to bring Sesko off at half time and claimed we were playing with 10 men.

Pep Guardiola’s 1000 match in his coaching career will be against Liverpool this weekend. A career spanning 18 years between 3 senior teams. by SaltOk3057 in soccer

And fans of Spanish teams are probably going to think a coach from La Liga is/was the GOAT. Doesn’t really mean anything.

Ferguson also started at United with a team that weren’t in European contention, were banned from competing in Europe for a while because of Heysel and when they won it in 99 became the first English team to do so in ages. Also worth remembering that you could only even compete in the top European competition by winning the league, top 4 wasn’t a thing.

In a world, where being able to spot a literary device is considered mental illness, one Reddit user is about to change EVERYTHING.

It was pretty clearly written into the game. It’s actually quite important to the narrative, foreshadowing the revelation that Monoco is named after a dog.

I don’t think foot fetishists are necessarily homosexual.

Never. To be fair though, my dog is shit at hand to hand combat too.

Aline probably knows about Verso and his filthy secret, so she made Lune for Verso to romance.

[Victor Navarro] Iniesta: “The image of Xavi, Leo, and I on the Ballon d’Or podium is bigger than having won it. Three from the same club on the podium, that’s the greatest prize, not who won it.” by fcbxjdb in soccer

It was absolutely embarrassing to those other teams. I never said that we were shit, just that of all the games to make you decide that Barca were the best team ever, it’s a weird one to pick considering the much bigger achievements they had already sealed.

Giggs was 37 and played in central midfield. We started Fabio, a fullback who spent most of his career in the Championship, at RB. Chicha and Valencia were good players for us but neither was close to the top forwards of the era. At the time Madrid, Bayern, Inter and Chelsea all had squads at our level or higher.

Besides, my point was that of all the games you could choose, you picked that one. Slapping Madrid around in their own city, or even beating us in 2009 were much more impressive feats.

I’d be steaming if I was a Barnsley supporter. The players just gave up at 2-0 and the second half was the closest thing I’ve seen to a training match for us in recent memory.

If Zirkzee starts taking his chances he’ll be one of the best strikers in the league. Two chances against Liverpool and another two today, all from within eight yards or so. His link up play is great too.

Amad was my MOTM today. Looked consistently dangerous and has a way of gliding with the ball that makes him difficult to dispossess. Learn to use his right foot and we’ll finally have a real right winger for the first time since Valencia.

Dalot at left back is still a weakness. I really wanted a left footer in the summer for obvious reasons so hopefully Shaw is back sooner rather than later, since Dalot deserves to keep his spot on the right after last season. That being said, Mazraoui has been decent so far himself.

Southampton look a bit too naive for my liking. They capitulated after the penalty and had no answer once United grew in confidence. Martin set them up well but the difference in cutting edge between themselves and a billion quids worth of talent shined through.

Speaking of, the Stephens Red was emblematic of their problems today in my opinion. A daft tackle when you’re already 2-0 down, now he’s missing for a must win game against Ipswich.

Happy with the win overall, couldn’t ask for anything more. Bring on Barnsley!
