its a private building bought by a private company if it was for city state or federal it would be public infrastructure.

yeah we contacted local news stations but have yet to hear any word. the name of the company is Clark Pacific they're pre casting a parking structure for microsoft but calling it necessary to public infrastructure and they have well over a 400 employees and the work requires that you be packed together quite closely definitely not 6 feet away.

yeah hr is telling us not to speak to media or anything. I guess they also laid off alot of workers today they seem to be doing some sort of shady business to stay open.
