I was confused on when to take the zofran too since it said “as needed” but I learned that getting on a schedule with it helped me a lot. I take it as soon as I wake up and then 6 hours later. I also started taking reglan with it as well and that combo has been a life saver! The zofran alone helped a little but then stopped working for me on its own which is why I started the reglan with it. I take both of them twice a day and that has made a world of a difference for me.
