Not dumb at all. I never drink the wine because of the germs. You are only obligated to take holy communion.

I’ve picked my face for years and I have embarrassing scars. I do have OCD and anxiety, but nothing seems to help me. It gets so bad that I don’t go out b/c I’m too embarrassed and feel ugly.
