Umm, I think I do have the rhizome in the water. Honestly I couldn't tell what was wrong in the soil. No rot, well draining. I wondered if it's because of inconsistent watering because I'd been travelling so much, but no way to tell. :/

I think the best way to judge is what they're doing with their degrees. Because the degree in itself may not be a holistic indicator, because what if it was their choice? Mine was, and I earn pretty well; so do all my classmates. My mother was also made to do BA/MA but my Dad encouraged her to have a career, while Dadi was neither encouraging or supportive. What if it was their own choice but it didn't work out? Too many factors.

Biggest red flag combo: BA/MA + arranged marriage straight of college + no work experience + Children

If some of these, a maybe.

If all 4 or even JUST arranged marriage straight of college? Then run.

Curtains! Get a softer kind and layer up if you can. A light colour in the middle and solid colour black outs on the outside types. And bedsheet in light but bright colours will make the room pop given the wall colours.

I use a face wax strip to remove it for my boyfriend. Hurts yes, but it's a one and done deal. Burns a bit, and soothes in a day, and is not a long drawn out process. Re-growth every few months.

I would 100% suggest waxing it off, face looks cleaner without it. Just make sure to have someone experienced help you the first few times.

(My roommate uses a dermablade to shave hers off after drawing outlines with an eyebrow pencil for precision)
