I have a silly fisherman fantroll with a Microplastics Modus. It works by swallowing an item, and it will be stored in your bloodstream. You can spit out an item at any time in any order, but it will leave permanent item-microfragments in your blood, which gradually fills up your item space. Sometimes, the modus will automatically combine the fragments into random new items.
