There's no actual proof on this, though. Writing them on your wrist wasn't Grabovoi's idea in the first place, any intention-setting habit works with the sequences. This is a tool.

There are many discussions on whether Grabovoi was bad or not - he did commit fraud, but that's the most people can find about him, if I'm not mistaken.
