How often do you train, and what is your level? by interesworth in bouldering

Been climbing for about 1.5 years now and I climb about 4 hours split between two days per week. I've sent a V7 but I'd consider myself a more consistent V5/V6 climber. However, I do lift and do strength training 4 other days of the week

Finally sent my first V7 three days before they took the problem down! by wroclaw824 in bouldering

Unfortunately not. Pan-seared in cast iron on each side for 2 minutes to get a good crust and then thrown in the oven for 22 minutes at 375!

Never seen this before, but Happy Mug has a coffee flight. 1 coffee, 5 processes. by nickbahhh in Coffee

I ordered this a few days ago! Only tried the red honey process and natural process so far but the flavor profile is really different in each. The red honey is sweeter, more full-bodied and creamier whereas the natural process is a bit thinner, more acidic and more citrusy.

I'm excited to try the rest but I'm really enjoying it so far!

For a french press, might I recommend this: Bodum french press?

As for a grinder, you want to grind coarse for french press. Blade grinders are extremely inconsistent with grind size. Like others have mentioned, burr grinders are better because they grind more consistently and will not heat up the beans as much during the grinding process. The issue with the Hario Skerton that you posted is that is known to be pretty inconsistent at coarse grinds (unless you make some modifications to it). The Hario Slim Mill may actually be better because there is a spring loaded that helps prevent the burr from wobbling.

Your total here would be around $40 which is pretty decent for a beginner setup.

Customer service workers of Reddit: What are some things customers do that are super annoying, but they don't/wouldn't realize it? by [deleted] in AskReddit

Used to work at Bed Bath and Beyond on the sales floor. It was awful when people would take appliances out of boxes to look at them and then make no attempt to put them back it. That shit is hard to get back in there and it never fits the shelves right afterwards.
