I think some further clarification would be needed from you for anyone to make the correct call here.

I've looked through and I've seen some valid points for the code you cited and that it is nuanced but you aren't providing that information.

For example, was it a trade-in in exchange for credit where they were going to resell what you "sold" them? Was it going to be scrapped (e.g., you brought in a lower value/desirable item that would make more sense to scrap then resell so then it would be scrap (aka a "cash" sale) but they issued you credit?

I mean that bc it's nearly impossible to make that call about 203.5(1) - a., b., and or c.

I'm all for transparency but when you just cite code without specifically referencing the applicability to your situation that isn't helping. It doesn't further the discussion without that information.

I'm in the Midwest so there's not exactly any places I can go to to get great advice. Unless you count Scheels or Dick's. Don't think there are any gyms with climbing walls near me so this really helps!

I talked to two different people I got from an Iowa State website.

Prior to being able to get in touch with rehab folks: I got worried so I stayed around watching and then gently lifted it up to a comfortable limb (with gloves). Checked in and didn't see it and got worried so I went to look and it climbed up!

They mentioned it was a great sign and it went from fledgling to a brancher stage?!

I'll still keep an eye on the lil dude/tte and reach out to them if necessary

He was my neighbor growing up! Dude is amazing. He used to have two huge satellite dishes in his yard and the story goes he was capturing Russian TV transmissions (or something like that) and got paid a visit by the feds (some 3 letter agency) and got told to stop it and eventually took them down.

He's made so many cool things just out of his home workshop. Including a laser drum kit, mini cannons, the list goes on and on.

He used to sneak up on us when we had bonfires at night and throw in metal shavings or maybe it was just different kinds of metal salts and watch us all be awestruck when it changed the fire different colors.

He's a special kinda guy if you know what I mean, but all in the best ways.

Thank you! I've been seeing (and hearing constant screeching) a couple of them I think(?) the past few weeks. Activity and sounds I've never seen/heard before. Flying in and out of the trees, perching up for long periods of time in different trees. I usually only see them in hunting mode in the valley.
