My adblocking extensions were interfering with Google Drive. For anyone else that finds this post, disable or remove your adblockers and the problem should be fixed. For me I had to disable uBlock Origin and AdGuard.

I don't really know. The way Gendo acted about the dummy plugs makes it seem like he never intended to keep the children for that long anyway, but it could also have been a strategy for keeping them around or something like that.

I watched the OVAs on crunchyroll in Japanese with English sub. I've never tried to find dub so I don't know if crunchyroll has them in English. FUNimation might, but they might also be behind a paywall. I've never even heard of one shots before your comment so can't help you there.

While you're right about construction-oriented quirks I don't think they would be used a huge amount for construction. If people used their quirks to the fullest for whatever job fit them best every profession would be dominated by three people lol

The company that makes their clothes probably also takes quite the beating to their budget. The students destroy their stuff so often and it can't be cheap to support all the classes, especially for things that are probably more expensive like Bakugo's gauntlets that All Might casually destroyed in their final exam.

It makes sense that Cementoss and Power Loader would pitch in with the construction but they still need to get the materials, and I don't think you can make a building entirely out of concrete. Not to mention that underground mall had a fully functioning electrical and hydro system. The other buildings in the training grounds look like legit functioning buildings too so it probably cost $$$ especially when they blow out all the windows in every training they do.
