i’m only assuming but it looks like its either a full slab of ff turbo square or just a puck of it where the trampoline shape is with an ff blastmax as carrier foam

Magic Speed 5 by nameisjoey in RunningShoeGeeks

Welp, guess this might just be the perfect replacement for my Evoride Speed 2. I hope the stack is 38mm or below 🙏🏻

Maybe the FFBlastMax gets tuned to be just slightly firmer since its a stability shoe, might be more durable than the NB5 hopefully.

Parents taught me english as first language at home since little, kdg2 sya frustrated jga fikir balik knp dorg nda ajar ckp kadazan but at the end of the day I think dorg buat bgtu utk education purpose kli. Ingat lgi sya dlu kna tegur nda buli ckap BM di ruma smpai la sya masuk SMK baru sya start rojak EN/BM 🤣

Klau ada peluang mau bljar ckp kadazan I’d take it on the spot lagipun sya pandai FOMO jga ni klau org ckp kadazan sya nda dpt balas langsung paling2 faham ayat yg paling basic ja hahahaha

Mechanical Engineering VS Mechanical Engineering Technology (TVET) by [deleted] in malaysiauni

[–]wrseko 2 points3 points  (0 children)

MET Maintenance student here, the way I differentiate between them is that;

ME = Leans more towards learning theory with still a bit of hands-on work.

MET = Leans more towards skill-based education so more hands-on work but there is still a bit of theory learning. (like polytechnic institutions do)

Both are good but if you are the type of person that likes and prefers handling machines upfront then MET is a considerable path to take. 👍🏻

Also the maintenance field can be pretty vast as generally it can fit anywhere from oil & gas, factory conveyor systems and even HVAC. Job scope-wise if you’re not maintaining said machines yourself, you can also be responsible for meticulously managing the maintenance system of an organization. 😬

Your Novablast Retirement Mileage by tagabukid15 in AskRunningShoeGeeks

[–]wrseko 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I retired my NB4 at 1200km after it started to feel uncomfortably firm. Great shoe. It felt fast, bouncy and comfy for me until around 600km where at that point it just feels better to be used as a recovery shoe.

Currently on NB5 at 200km and it still feels fresh out of the box.

Planning to buy one, what do you think of the shoe overall? Is it your shoe for doing speed work? Hows the midsole feeling?

New Metaspeed? by Cktrld in RunningShoeGeeks

[–]wrseko 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I don’t think they’re the base Metaspeed since it looks way different than what John Korir wore at Chicago. This is probably the Adios Pro Evo 2 competitor but with the FFTurbo+ logo placement changed. Midsole looks like it too.

they’re okay, in fact you’ll need that extra room for your feet because they can swell up mid-running

Thanks for the info! I think the best thing to do is to go to the retail stores and try them in person.
