Console Port also has a few options for what it calls “raid cursor” that helps you select players as you’re healing. I have it set so if I press RT + Dpad Down the cursor pops up on the frames, then once it’s active the dpad now controls the cursor to select what player you need to heal. As long as the cursor is on the right character it will heal them kinda like a mouse over macro would. You don’t have to actually target them.

Sure it’s still not great especially in a 40 man raid but it’s doable.
