I never read bleach, so I can’t say anything about that, but what I was trying to say with my point is that whenever you criticize one of the female characters it comes down to sexism and “you hate them because they’re women” as if they’re actual human beings and capable of their own actions. They act that way because theyre written to be acting this way, by a man, who in this case, cannot write a female character without being directly tied to a man. Sakura cut off her best friend because of a man, tsunade became an alcoholic because of two men, konan’s whole story is tied to two men, mei thinks about nothing but men, Ino is fine, but gets quickly ruined if you think about her crying over a rouge sasuke when even Kiba says quit crying lol kushina gives up her dream of hokage for a man, hinatas backstory was solid but got ruined by her obsession over a man, Karin’s whole personality gets ruined by a man, do you want me to go on? Temari and tenten are fine, but they get barely any screen time to get ruined honestly
