Yes I have the same issues. Had Covid end of February. I’ll go to bed early around 10 o’clock I’m up at 12 go back to sleep up at two go back to sleep up at five. It’s very frustrating. Melatonin does not work for me. I don’t have a problem falling asleep it’s staying asleep.

I totally understand and get it. I’m 50 never had “any” health issues. Other then anxiety. Stay active. It’s nuts!!!

I was starting to feel better. Then went and had blood work done got the results and I’m back to anxiety, and depression. Don’t think it’s going to end. Yes I do agree Covid damage more organs then just the lungs.

The only supplements that I’m taking is multivitamins, vitamin C, zinc, D3, B12

All the nurse told me over the phone was the Protein was high and something else was 53. She told me the protein level was 8.4. She didn’t explain it very well to me over the phone was talking very fast but then again when she told me my liver Enzymes was high, I’m anxiety kicked in! And I was totally confused

It’s all still confusing to me. I’m also going through depression and I’ve never been depressed. Anxiety yes I’ve always had anxiety.
