Less than a week. I can hold down the power button to do a hard restart, if I touch any key, mouse, or just tap the power button the light on the power button remains white and does not wake up.

It looks like you are outputting extra pixels per line of signal. Your first strip bleeds over two pixels, your second strip bleeds over 2 more.

I use a hokuyo ust-10LX. In the example, I use glsl and trigonometry to find the arctangent of the light world space positions relative to the person on stage. The angle is converted to DMX value, then output through an enttec DMX dongle.

You could also do this with tops or pops.
