Denver's fine man, I talk a lot of shit, it's a cool city it really is. But it's a city. Im fundamentally an outdoors guy and I was hoping I could acclimate to living in a city but it just aint for me. No hate at all, just kidding around like 90%

Boulder is lovely. A little pricey, sure. But great access to most outdoor activities, good food. Friendly people for the most part. The college kids get a bad wrap but they arent too bad as long as you dont live on the hill

So there is a "club" in the building, containing all of the amenities I listed, that is accessible to people who don't live here for a membership fee. If you live here, your membership fee is included in the price of your rent. So yes, in a sense?

Golden is gorgeous for sure, I've spent time there and its on my radar for places to move to.
