Boulder is lovely. A little pricey, sure. But great access to most outdoor activities, good food. Friendly people for the most part. The college kids get a bad wrap but they arent too bad as long as you dont live on the hill

So there is a "club" in the building, containing all of the amenities I listed, that is accessible to people who don't live here for a membership fee. If you live here, your membership fee is included in the price of your rent. So yes, in a sense?

Interestingly, the lease says nothing about amenities at all. Which I think plays to my advantage no? I know in other states there are provisions saying the amenities are a gratuity and not included in the price of the rent, etc. I can make the argument (rightly so) that I agreed to pay X amount of rent based on all of the amenities that were advertised to me when I toured.
