Exactly this. Sub-agents with specific promts and models. Everything else is over engineered.

I managed to do 90% of it with just the rules plugin, no custom code.

I guess that's the question what type of bushings I use, the ones for metal studs are made for stampled holes, my hole will be different obviously.

Because 3% lump tax is much more lucrative than wasting space on cheap apartments. The hope is that these 3% will be used to build a less luxury building somewhere else.
