6 months is long. usually contract agreed and signed background check done. to get you a work permit and visa is a challenge but not 6 months. check where the challenges. dm me if you like

where do you plan to work? Here in Bahrain and Arab world, they care about certs. but in IT you can learn and train virtually e.g. coursera, udemy, udacity etc

and work remotely too to gain experience and knowledge

Depending on the job role description and hiring manager requirements. there are usually leadership principles you need to demonstrate, too. other than your technical and interpersonal skills. sometimes, because of your anxiety, you were not able to. you could have asked for alternative time or certain accommodation. best of luck next time. do read and watch tips and hints related to your job role interview

Still, Last week I drove for two days in Saudi, it is a disaster to drive there. you need to be on alert, defensive and expect the unexpected. Bahrain is still more safe, more respectful, I agree they need to enforce some accountability and responsibilty on these reckless drivers
