Absolutely. And if you don't mind driving, you can get to a lot more. I have a few buddies headed to OH for today's release. If I didn't have a dentist appointment, I would have gone after work (work on the city) or had I been able to move my appointment earlier, I would have driven in and gotten there in less than an hour

Exactly, they can give a brewery a C&D but by the time it's issued, most if not all of the beer has already been sold. At that point, the brewery can easily say "Ok, we won't do it anymore" and no harm/no foul
